By placing a booking with Woods Squared Limited you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
Liability
- Except in relation to liability which cannot be excluded by law, we shall not have any liability to you beyond the face value of the ticket purchased
Event Access
- The use of cameras, recording equipment or mobile phones is not permitted to be used during the seminar. Woods Squared Limited and the venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to any person on account of health and safety, environmental or security concerns at their sole discretion
- Any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury or to disrupt the smooth and efficient running of the event shall entitle Woods Squared Limited and/or venue management to exclude you from the venue
- Should you require special assistance at the event, please contact us in writing or by e-mail before the event and we will be happy to discuss your needs
- Any special access or dietary requirements should be notified at the time of booking
Data Protection
- We undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection laws and regulations currently in force. Your data will not be passed to any third party, transferred to countries without adequate data protection or sold at any time depending upon preferences indicated by you during any contact with us
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in all matters regarding these Terms and Conditions
