Alan qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002 and has more than 16 years experience of working with owner managed businesses.
Alan enjoys helping business owners first identify and then achieve their business goals.
Alan is a member of BNI Leverhulme and takes an active role in the development of his networking group by holding a place on the committee and by undertaking roles within the leadership team as and when required.
Alan is also a member of the AVN Strategic Panel and a member of the ACCA Liverpool Members’ Network Panel. Both of these panels enable Alan to have an input into future developments in the accountancy profession.
Alan supports Liverpool and enjoys most sports and reading.

Tracy qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006 and has more than 11 years experience of working with small to medium sized businesses.
Tracy enjoys guiding business owners through the maze of regulation allowing the business owner to concentrate on managing their own business.
When Tracy is not in the office she enjoys listening to music, dancing and going to the theatre.

Shelley joined the team at Woods Squared from Hall Livesey Brown in Wrexham in April 2011. Shelley qualified as an accountant in 2010.
Shelley is proud of giving clients a first class service and enjoys being a part of their business and watching them grow.
When Shelley is not in the office she likes to go out for meals and cocktails. She also enjoys reading, shopping and snowboarding.

Amy joined the team at Woods Squared Limited at the end of June 2009 from a firm in Liverpool where she was working as part of a team helping small to medium sized businesses.
Amy became AAT qualified in 2011 and is currently studying towards her ACCA professional qualification with Kaplan in Liverpool.
Amy likes helping business owners by helping to take away the day-to-day hassles of running a business.
When Amy is not in the office she enjoys watching live bands, listening to music and going to the cinema.

 Samantha Ratcliffe

Samantha joined the team at Woods Squared at the beginning of July 2010.
Samantha is currently studying towards her AAT qualification with ATTS in Birkenhead and joins us after spending 2 years at a firm in St Asaph before she relocated from Rhyl to the Wirral with her family.
Samantha helps business owners by freeing up their time to spend running their business.
Samantha is a keen ballroom dancer and in her spare time enjoys shopping and shoes.
